5. Payment and Cancellation: Payment is due as per the agreed terms. Cancellations must be made in writing within a reasonable timeframe. Deposits and fees may be non-refundable.

6. Privacy: Souter Photography respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Client information is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Liability: Souter Photography is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of its services. Clients are responsible for the safety and behavior of individuals during photo sessions or events.

8. Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold Souter Photography harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of its services or violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Modifications: Souter Photography reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Souter Photography operates.
